Seeing as I am having a Crossblade art contest I figured that I should upload my recently finished Crossblade pic for yins guys to take a look at. I am pretty proud of this artpiece. It took all summer to complete but here it is for your viewing pleasure. This art also appears on the back of the Divine Oath shirt that I made which just so happens to be one of the prizes for the contest. I really want to know what you guys think of this one. Comment like the comment fiends that you are. I will try to get Divine Oath up here pretty soon so that you guys can read what I am talking about.
The detail is great, but in all honesty the anatomy and perspective could use more work. I draw attention to the right arm, where it's in an unnatural angle with the hand. Also, the left leg appears to be twisted in an awkward angle too. The calf is straight on, but the thigh is at a 45-degree angle.

The detail in your picture is amazing, and I really like the scenery.
Plus I take it the guy's having difficulty finding a comfortable place to kick back in such an environment, . The details and linework are too cool, Well worth the effort, Great character too... um, did you make him up?
Plus I want his swords to cut up some fruits. And now to fave,

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
